Elizabeth Gray-Smith

She wields over 25 years of creative public relations, government relations, strategic communications, content strategy, media and committee training, media relations, and writing experience spanning the film and television industry, corporate entities, the health sector, municipal and federal governments, and the Capital’s social scene. From casting director to content strategist to confidence booster, Elizabeth has helped public, private and not-for-profit organizations craft their narrative and broadcast it through all relevant channels to spark public conversation, make the headlines and move the policy dial. For over two decades, Elizabeth has plugged in her digital prowess and exerted her power with the written word for dozens of clients looking to up their game and mitigate risk in an interesting array of arenas. A writer at heart, she has been published in innumerable outlets, more notably as a regular columnist with iPolitics.

Sally J M Douglas

Sally has a consistent track record successfully building teams and delivering strategic project leadership from conception through the launch process, to continued maintenance and management. At her core she is a negotiator, a builder and a problem solver with the flexibility to adapt to contrasting environments and grasp industry knowledge quickly. Her project management skills were honed while working on commercial construction projects. She subsequently became a National Training Facilitator, where she built and implemented an entirely new training strategy for a variety of teams throughout the UK.

Upon immigrating to Canada in 2005, Sally successfully helped two contrasting businesses build and grow from the ground up and, more recently, was part of an executive team that led the successful transition of four independent businesses into a single firm with an annual revenue in excess of $15 million. She has extensive experience in contrasting market sectors: construction, recruitment consultancy, independent media and subsequently consulting. The common threads that stitch together every stage of her career are an insatiable hunger to learn, a love of people and the drive to create, collaborate and build sustainable business.
